An appointment time is reserved for your child. A cancellation or change should be made at least 24 hours in advance so we may give that time to another person.

We do not accept dental insurance, for our patients who have dental insurance we will be happy to fill out their dental claim forms so they can be reimbursed directly from their insurance company.

We do ask that the fee for the visit be paid on the day of that visit. For your convenience we accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash and CareCredit.
